Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. During peak holiday season (November–January), processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Delivery times depend on the product and where it ships from:

• US Warehouse → US customers: 3–8 business days

• China → US customers: 10–25 business days

• International orders: 10–25 business days on average

Some products ship faster than others. Where possible, we source from US warehouses for quicker delivery.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location, item weight, and size. Some items include free shipping.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Use it anytime to check your delivery status.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated window, contact us and we will investigate. If confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Important Notes

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or high demand periods

• We do not currently ship to Turkey

• During Q4 holidays, allow extra time for delivery

• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance
