Refund & Return Policy
Please read our policy carefully before purchasing.
No Returns Required
We do not accept physical returns. If there is an issue with your order, you do not need to send anything back.
Eligible for a Full Refund or Replacement:
• Item arrived damaged or defective (must report within 30 days of delivery with photo or video proof)
• Wrong item was sent
• Order never arrived within the estimated delivery window
• Order was lost in transit
Not Eligible for a Refund:
• Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
• Damaged packaging where the product itself works fine
• Orders older than 90 days
• Orders that tracking confirms were delivered (unless you provide a non-delivery certificate from your carrier)
How to Request a Refund:
Email us at support@naihome.net within 30 days of delivery with:
• A photo or video clearly showing the issue
• Your order number
We will review your claim and respond within 1–3 business days. If approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
Order Cancellations
